* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 6 ft expected. For the
Gale Warning, northwest winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45
kt and seas 6 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Charles Light to Virginia-
North Carolina border out to 20 nm and Coastal waters from NC
VA border to Currituck Beach Light NC out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EST this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
