* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt
with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 2 to 3 ft expected. For the
Gale Warning, north to northwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts
up to 40 kt and waves 3 to 4 ft expected.

* WHERE...James River from James River Bridge to Hampton Roads
Bridge-Tunnel.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM EST this
afternoon. For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
