...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY... * WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches in the valleys and 4 to 10 inches in the ridgetops. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
