Cedar River near Conesville affecting Muscatine and Louisa Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello. * WHEN...From Saturday evening to Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, agricultural land near the river is flooded and water covers most islands. Water starts rising onto secondary roads in Wapello Bottoms. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to a crest of 21.7 feet early Monday morning, then slowly fall into early next week. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
