Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 11 inches. Winds
gusting as high as 60 mph. For the Winter Weather Advisory below
3500 feet, snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 6 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Wind chills as cold as 5 degrees
below 0 early Monday morning.
