Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Calumet, Winnebago, Brown, and Outagamie Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
