Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and western Maine and central and northern New Hampshire. * WHEN...From 7 AM to 10 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...A weather system will bring a period of snowfall to the region. Although snowfall amounts will be light, travel will still be impacted due to snowfall accumulations on roads and some areas of blowing snow.
