Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portage, Waushara, Wood, and Waupaca Counties. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel will become very difficult to impossible with whiteout conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and cause power outages. The Monday morning commute will be severely impacted.
