Northwest winds gusting as high as 35 to 45 mph. * WHERE...Stark and Knox Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing and drifting snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
