...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
2 and 4 inches. Northwest winds gusting as high as 35 to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Stark and Knox Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery
road conditions. Widespread blowing and drifting snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down
tree branches.

Information: 
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
