and Defiance Counties.

Tiffin River at Stryker affecting Fulton OH, Williams and
Defiance Counties.

North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County.

For the Saint Joseph River Ohio...including Montpelier, Newville...
Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Tiffin River...including Stryker...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Elkhart River...including Cosperville...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 6.5 feet, Water is starting to approach foundations
on Waldron Lake Dr, Woodland Drive, and the south end of
Steinbarger Lake Rd.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 6.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:30 PM EDT Sunday was 6.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.4
feet early tomorrow afternoon.
