For the Small Craft Advisory, Rough bar conditions expected. Seas 6 to 9 ft at 9 seconds. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Hazardous Seas Warning, until 7 PM PST Monday. Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Monday to 10 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 3.54 kt at 754 PM Sunday with seas 9 to 11 ft. Ebb current of 5.32 kt at 833 AM Monday with seas 8 ft. Ebb current of 2.74 kt at 853 PM Monday with seas 6 to 7 ft.
