...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EDT THURSDAY...

The Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of northern Connecticut and Massachusetts, including
the following areas, in northern Connecticut, Hartford,
Tolland, and Windham. In Massachusetts, Franklin, Hampden,
Hampshire, Northern and Central Middlesex, and Worcester.

* Until 10 AM EDT Thursday

* A heavy rainfall event will impact portions of Southern New
England through Thursday morning. Storm total rainfall of 2 to
3 inches and locally up to five inches is expected. Rain will
taper off during the predawn hours and before the early
Thursday morning commute.

* Significant urban and poor drainage flooding is likely.

current forecasts.
